Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
All packages in the United States are shipped via USPS.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
If you place your order before 2:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time
In general, economy shipments are in transit for 3 – 10 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms
We use the USPS to deliver the products.

D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at dastilollc@gmail.com.
Dastilo is not responsible for packages that are not shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to Dastilo due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Damaged in Transit
If you find your package is damaged in-transit, we are not responsible for quality damage due to delivery transit. If damaged, please contact us via email at dastilollc@gmail.com within 14 days for eligible returns.
